Inspirational Movie

NOTE: I embedded the movie below, to see it, turn on your computer speakers, scroll down then press the play button, at the end there are more cool things as the film credits roll, check them out. I would love to hear your feedback about the movie, feel free to post comments.THANKS!

Someone recommended this film to me yesterday and I didn’t have time to watch it since I need to prepare the monthly coaching call with my students but I started a few minutes to see what it’s about, I couldn’t stop till the end, IT WAS AMAZING!

One thing that immediately struck a cord with me is that both of the main 2 guys in the movie where sick like I was and they went on a journey to cure the problem not with medication but with food, which is what I did. The diference was they did it way more radical then me.

Also the new eating changed how they live and their outlook on live entirely.. I think the incredibly fast transformation is what makes this movie incredible. I was inspired to implement a few things from the movie in my life, and in a few months, I’ll do another post about the results since I have been on this health journey myself and KNOW THIS WILL WORK!

It’s been a while now that I can tell that food can cure most of the problems we have, it can give us better lives, more energy, more happiness, more focus and concentration and just change our lives. We just need to want it and that’s the hard part!

Enough said, I hope you enjoy the movie like I did, please give it a minute for the movie to start, it takes a bit to load. Enjoy!

PS: I would love to know what you think about the movie and if more people can do what the movie creator and the truck driver achieved in the movie.

Sincerely,

Dan Stojadinovic

    Hey Dan,

I watched the video, then I watched it again with Jay. We decided to do the 10 day fast but I didn’t tell anyone (except a few close friends) because I wasn’t sure I would make it. Days 2, 3 and 4 were tough (in essence, we gave up caffeine, sugar, meat and solid foods all at once!). I was homicidal on at least one of those days, but that’s pretty normal for me. :) Day 5 was the breakthrough day.

Well, yesterday was Day 10 and today we are having a “cheat” day. More on that in a minute. Here are the results:

I dropped a little over 8 pounds and Jay lost over 10. My skin is clearer and I feel terrific! Most importantly, there is noticeable improvement in our joints. I have scoliosis (curvature of the spine) and several back injuries, including nerve damage on one side. I still have a lot of pain, but there is a definite improvement, especially in the mornings when I am normally quite stiff. I am also able to reach behind my back (braided my hair the other day), something I couldn’t do because of a twisted muscle (or something) in my right arm.

So, we are going back on for another 5 days of juicing. Our big cheat day involved going out for breakfast. Neither of us finished the meal. We decided to try some organic, gluten free foods for lunch and dinner as our “big cheat.” After 10 days, we just don’t want to put garbage into our systems. Go figure.

Thanks so much for posting this video Dan!!

    Barbara

    • Stojadinovic Dan says:

Wow congratulations Barbara! That is Fantastic, I”m so proud of you! I like the cheat day it’s like a reward! I haven’t fasted a single day but see huge results as well, my cheating is beer, whine and cooking, but the rest is like in the movie. The amazing thing is both my sisters just bought juicers after seeing me loose weight, we will see how it goes. But there is something to it and it’s a shame more people don’t know about it, but I plan to work this into my seminar and webinar presentation just to give a hint so more people hear about it. Maybe I”ll post a before and after picture.

Good job Barbara keep us posted!

It’s funny Dan, my first thought was that I was too busy to watch the video. When I saw it was over an hour, I was sure I could not watch it. Then, I could not stop watching it! I am a private chef and I started juicing for the family and myself, 5 days a week. This movie has inspired me to take it to the next level.

The housekeepers and I talk about losing weight every day at lunch. I do the cooking and although we eat salad every day and also eat cooked vegetables, there is also meat and a starch available. I also love to bake, so twice a week we have dessert.

Of course no one is losing weight, and I refuse to take responsibility…until now. Thank you for the inspiration. Why wait for New Years?!?

    • Stojadinovic Dan says:

Thanks Marty and good luck. I have been juicing for 8 days now but not as drastic like in the movie 2 times in the middle I cook a meal and I eat fruits as well (about 3 on average) and also nuts and lost about 5 pounds with that. Also feel more energy my nose has cleared and just feel way better. So I’ll keep doing that. This is the longest in my life of not eating meat, eggs, milk or other animal products and it’s not even bothering me nor do I have cravings of any kind.

  • I am concerned about the only veggies and fruit for so long, I think a fast is good for short term, but 60 days is a long time without getting fat soluable nutrients that can only be transported via animal fat.

I am a meat eater and would probably kill someone if I went that long without meat, heck I would probably kill someone in 5 days. LOL

    • Stojadinovic Dan says:

      Linda,

I was born on a farm and we killed and ate meat, cheese and eggs every day of my life. What got me sick I think is the bad meat and bad toxins especially in Sodas. Watching that movie led me to look up juicers and one of the videos about different led to the most incredible seminar recording I have ever seen it’s about a diet can cures cancer and the lady tells some very very shocking things, I’ll post it here once I go over it (it’s very long). But that video convinced me to try a 30 day (hopefully 60) day all veggie diet just to see what happens so Day 1 I feel full getting ready for Day 2 tomorrow!

  • Don Lipke says:

This video gives me another peek inside your caring heart, Dan! You are my IM hero because I don’t see greed in your approach to living or profiting. You have done well and always show your emphasis on giving back. I don’t have a health problem at age 69. As a mostly retired successful electronic engineer with six patents, I am now creating a website to show others alternative solutions to improving their own health and decreasing their intake of toxic pharmaceuticals (My spelling here might not be as good as yours, but I started learning English here in the USA 66 years ago!).
Our life is in our hands (and His). In this country we are responsible for our successes and failures more than anywhere else on earth. This video emphasizes the positive returns for not assuming that someone else is going to provide us with comfort and security. And I’ll admit that I’ve passed some opportunities to take action that would have made me more financially secure today.
    Thanks for showing this!

    • Stojadinovic Dan says:

Thanks Don, that is great that you are healthy at 69! Learning english at 66 that is fantastic, I see many people give up on new things. Looking forward to seeing your website looks like it’s going to be a great one!

  • Ayla says:

Thanks so much for posting this movie Dan.
Very inspiring! It proofs again, that knowledge is power.
Taking responsibility, willpower & determination, implementing what we learn that has proven success, leads us to our own well being.
I started juicing only 3 month ago and I feel & see already some wonderful results . I have more energy, my blood pressure went down and my red-blood cell count went up – which is very important in my case.
Keep on juicing Dan !! I’m wishing you a very healthy future.
    Ayla

    • Stojadinovic Dan says:

      Thanks Ayla,

Day 1 was fantastic, I feel fool I guess that is the main thing to report back. The most amazing part was the bright beautiful color of the first juice, then the taste was just amazing. I ate raw veggies and nuts so I’m not going to do what the 2 guys did in the movie just juice, but have some raw fruits and veggies and nuts as well. I have a feeling it will be good, but adjust as needed.

  • augie says:

Dan, it blew me away. It shows the importance f taking responsibility for every aspect of our lives and the powerful impact each of us can have on our own wellbeing. Thanks for sharing this!

    Yo Dan,

Awesome video. Thanks for the heads up.
I had hear about it but never seen it. I stayed
up till 2:15 AM watching it.

Your story is an inspiration too. Keep up the
    good work. You’ll love juicing…

    Let’s talk soon.

    Be well,

    MC

    • Stojadinovic Dan says:

      Thanks Mike,

My next thing is to test a few recipes see what I like and cut down on the meat, I listend to Dr. Gerson’s daughter she talked about proteins and I realized I’m eating to much meat protein right now so that is the next cut in my diet and I’m hoping the juicing will help.

I’m doing my first live seminar in a year and plan to include this topic because I think it helps with the focus, mindset and many more things. I emailed you my number, maybe we can talk when you have time.

  • Mark Lytle says:

Phenomenal story…. I will start juicing soon; talk to the Dr. first…. Have atrial fibrillation; coronary heart failure, (the 3 other chambers have to work for the one that fibrillates; the heart becomes overworked, the muscle thickens, losing it’s flexibility and the ability to pump efficiently). I am on Coumadin, a blood thinner, also a mild blood pressure medication to make it easier for my heart to work. Allopurinol because of gout flare ups, and another medication to slow the heart somewhat. That medicine, metaprolol, also slows metabolism, making it harder to lose weight. In spite of that, in the last year I’ve lost over 40lbs, 30 from the year before that. It’s hard to be patient, but I know it’s a long haul. I have the most delightful 14 year old son a father could ever ask for. HE is my inspiration; to create more memories….GOOD ones; not memories of my poor health. I may not get back to 100%, but I will get as close as I can. I can’t thank you enough for posting this…. it was much better than watching a real estate investing webinar…. what I have to gain is more priceless than any amount of money imaginable. Bless you.

    • Stojadinovic Dan says:

Mark 40lbs is fantastic! I agree it’s better then watching a webinar, I still watch them but way less then before, what I do now is mix up the training videos with health ones like this one that I posted. There are plenty online, but most are inaccurate, so it’s a learning thing for me as well. I have lost tons of weight over the year as well, but still eat around 100 to 200 grams of meat, however I do eat fruits and veggies as well, but I don’t juice, so I’m going to try to implement that next see how it goes, I’ll post results here, maybe even do a video.

I think the best part of this move (for me) was the guy playing football with his son and jogging in the australian shirt at the very end of the movie while the credits where rolling. Just amazing!
